Summary

The new WebCenter 20.0 feature SAML password recheck does not work with Azure AD.

Symptoms

  • When trying to approve a document with the option to enter credentials using SAML, it does not work with an Azure AD.
  • When the dialog opens to re-enter the Azure AD password, the browser instead blocks the page. Depending on the browser this results in a simple grey page, or a page with some more error information might be shown. Some browsers also show a link to opening in a new tab, but this doesn't work.

What is a Hotfix?

A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.

Because there is always a small chance for a hotfix to cause new issues, you should only install Recommended Hotfixes, unless otherwise instructed by your Esko Software Support team.
