Test connection to ScriptRunner fails.

Symptoms

Test connection to local ScriptRunner fails with:

Server Host : AEserver

Server Version Info : 20.0.0/588/*/*/*

Problem while testing the connection towards AEserver on port 1983.

Please check if the Script Runner on Aeserver is up and running, and using port 1983.

Solution

The error occurs when the Automation Engine tries to list the names of the scripts it has in its own data folder (esko\bg_data_fastserver_v100\Scripts).

This folder and the sub folders listed below should be accessible by the system account user of bgmd service.
