Fillplaceholder SmartMark does not resolve correctly in Plato (when using station context to resolve SmartNames but graphic is not in or linked in any job).

Symptoms

When using station context to resolve SmartNames but graphic is not in or linked in any job, Fillplaceholder SmartMark resolves correctly when applied in Automation Engine tasks, but wrongly when opening/applying in Plato.
