Summary

Flexo CTP > CTP Queues: Moving a merged plate from one CDI queue to another may fail to adapt to the plate type settings for the new CDI.

Symptoms

In case the same plate type is configured with different device settings (such as for energy or UV) on different CDI's, this is not taken into account when moving a merged plate from one CDI queue to another, which could result in f.i. Pixel+ missing on the exposed result.

What is a Hotfix?

A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.

Because there is always a small chance for a hotfix to cause new issues, you should only install Recommended Hotfixes, unless otherwise instructed by your Esko Software Support team.
