During comparison, some pages of the artwork are not displayed. Example: if the file has three pages only two of them are displayed.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload 1 page PDF.

2. Upload 3 pages PDF as second version.

3. Upload 2 pages PDF as third version.

When you compare version 3 (2 pages) with version 2 (3 pages) you will find that version 2 only shows 2 pages - but it has 3 pages.

Different files with different number of pages has another behavior. The pages are not displayed when the comparison it is within the version of the same file.

What is a Hotfix?

A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.

Because there is always a small chance for a hotfix to cause new issues, you should only install Recommended Hotfixes, unless otherwise instructed by your Esko Software Support team.
