Summary

Error "Exporting Normalized PDF Failed Colorant group <$special> can not be used in DeviceN." when exporting a Normalized PDF file.

Symptoms

When a PDF with the registration ink in gradient is imported and one of the stops has 0% tint, then the following error occurs when exporting the document back to a Normalized PDF file: "Exporting Normalized PDF Failed: Colorant group <$special> can not be used in DeviceN."
