Summary
Downloading shapes from the Shapes Store via the Adobe® Illustrator® plugin is not possible.
Symptoms
In the Shapes Preferences, the Server Address is set to shapes.esko.com.
In Adobe Illustrator, going to File > Structural Design > Open from Shapes..., shows this error:
But this was working earlier.
Solution
Issue is resolved in the new build of the Esko Data Exchange plugin 22.03.28 and it can be downloaded from mysoftware.esko.com.
