Symptoms

ArtPro 22.03 specifically on macOS Ventura (macOS 13) has some performance and preview issues such as:

- Opening and refreshing of files with external links (placed files) are slower.

- Preview of ArtPro files (as seen in Finder, and in the Open & Place browse dialogs within ArtPro - both in the dialog itself and when using Space to show a separate preview) is not working.

Status

A new ArtPro build is now available on the Hotfixes page which resolves the above mentioned issues.

The hotfix will be installed as ArtPro22.03 Build 10024.
