Summary

WebCenter server out of heap memory is triggered when a user opens a very large Adobe® Illustrator® file in the WebCenter Viewer.

Symptoms

Opening a very large Adobe® Illustrator® file in the WebCenter Viewer or attempting to open another very large file caused memory usage when attempting to check for/extract “Esko Dynamic Content” meta-data from the file. “Esko Dynamic Content” data is added by the Esko Dynamic Content Illustrator plugin.
