Symptoms
When configured to view PDF files as in ArtPro+, and with the viewing preferences toggle to merge similar inks switched on, files may remain locked even when quitting the Pilot Viewer.
This may cause subsequent workflow tasks that want to overwrite the file to fail.
It may also lead to running into concurrent viewing limits sooner than expected (resulting in messages such as "maximum number of viewing sessions reached").
