Question

How to check the number of users currently using the licenses from the server?

Answer

  1. Open the Esko Network License Manager.

    1. On Windows:
Go to Start > All Programs > Esko > Network License Manager.

    2. On Mac:
Go to Applications > Esko Network License Server > Esko Network License Server.

  2. Select the Product  which will be visible in the Esko Network License Manager.

  3. Go to the In Use column. Here you will see how many licenses are being used currently. When you click the number, you will get the list of computers/users who are using the licenses.

Example: here is list of the computer and users of PackEdge 12.

You can also just press CTRL I (Windows) or CMND I (Mac) keys to check the list of used licenses and the users who are using the licenses.

In previous versions, the Step 1 was a bit different:

  1. Open the Esko Network License Manager.

    1. On Windows:
Go to Start > All Programs > Esko > System Controller > Activate Network Licenses.

    2. On Mac:
Go to Applications > Esko License Server > Esko Network License Server.
