Symptoms
Automation Engine sometimes does not recognize certain file types (e.g. IMP). So the corresponding tickets are not available. The problem disappears when restarting the BGMD and then re-launching the Pilot.
Solution
This is due to the problem with fileserver.exe. If the problem appears again, kill the fileserver.exe file in Windows Task Manager.
Be careful to stop the bgmd as it stops the production.
Whenever there is a problem, in the Automation Engine diagnostics add both fileserver at debug level 7. Request the file information and send the bgmd.log file to the customer support engineer with the detailed description of the problem.
