Summary
When starting workflow or task in Automation Engine Pilot, it does not start. Setting the Priority of the task or workflow to Immediate starts the task.
Symptoms
Tasks state is in grey and arrow up 
and is not executed.
Solution
- Open the Pilot.
- Go to Tools > Queue Monitor.
- The CPU Queue is in red, click the green button to start the queue.
