The Epson WT7900 is a proofer which can print white. Jobs with a white ink are not processed by the proof server when a preview has to be created. Hence there is no output generated on the proofer.
Symptoms
The job doesn't start processing but keeps the status spooling in the queue of the Proof Client.
Solution
Disable the Preview option in the workflow. To disable,
Open the Proof Client.
Switch to the System Manager view.
Select the workflow connected with the WT7900 output device.
Go to Workflow > General in the Property Inspector.
In the Preview settings section, disable the Create previews (even if workflow is offline) option.
