KB78614959: Automation Engine - Clean inks out of a PDFPLA (Optimize PDF separations) without having the Processor module

Question

Is it possible to clean inks out of a PDFPLA (Optimize PDF Separations task), without having the Processor module?

Answer

You may only have the "Automation Engine base" module but you may want to clean the Plato file because it is bringing in unused inks. However, this is not possible without the Processor module. The Optimize PDF Separations task is capable of doing that.

The output of this task will not be PDFPLA anymore but a normalized PDF file.
