Summary

Fixes for Color Engine Pilot issues. This hotfix is mandatory for customers using the PantoneLIVE solution and a Proxy Server to access the internet.

Symptoms

The PantoneLIVE Server is not found.

Checking the account/address via the Color Engine Pilot 12 Preferences menu with the My-Xrite account and the PantoneLIVE Server address in the PantoneLIVE tab fails. This is due the use of a Proxy Server. Color Engine Pilot has no way to setup a Proxy Server.

What is a Hotfix?

A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.

Because there is always a small chance for a hotfix to cause new issues, you should only install Recommended Hotfixes, unless otherwise instructed by your Esko Software Support team.
