KB78616218: Automation Engine - Cannot log into Pilot with BGSYSTEM

Summary

Unable to login to Pilot with the user BGSYSTEM.

Symptoms

Unable to login to Pilot with the user BGSYSTEM. The following error appears:

The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then type your 
password again. Letters in password must be typed using the correct case.

Make sure that Caps Lock is not accidentally on.

Solution

Verify that BGSYSTEM is a user on the Automation Engine Server.
Verify that BGSYSTEM is in the BGUSER group or the BGADMIN group.
Verify that the password for BGSYSTEM is the default BGSYSTEM password.

Workaround

Login to Pilot as a different user.
