This hotfix solves the following two issues:

  • Connection with the PantoneLIVE Server fails.
  • Unable to change the Preference settings.


  1. Enter your PantoneLIVE account in the PantoneLIVE section of the Preferences of Color Engine Pilot.
  2. Clicking the Check login button indicates that the connection to the PantoneLIVE Server failed.
