When installing software from the DVDs or ISOs on Windows, the following error message appears:

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the following:
	- Close any running programs
	- Empty your temporary folder
	- Check your Internet connection (Internet-based Setups)
Then try to run the Setup again.
Error code: -6005


The following error message pops up when trying to install software, i.e.: System Controller, Application Server, Database for the Application Server, Adobe® Illustrator® plugins, etc.


To resolve the issue, the installer needs to run as an Administrator.  Either log off and log into Windows as Administrator or right click on setup.exe to open the contextual menu and click Run as Administrator.

The software should install if either of these are executed.
