The Nexus portserverlog can be found in the installation folder of Nexus: Root > module logs > portserver.log

It could be that only one computer cannot connect to the server.

Solution

Check if there are two network cards enabled on the server or on the client side. To check,

On the Windows Server side:

  1. Open the CMD prompt window.
  2. Type ipconfig to detect multiple cards. If there are two cards then remove the second network connection.

On the Mac OS Server side or the Client side:

  1. Go to System Preferences > Network.
  2. Check the network configuration.
  3. Check if a second network card is enabled.
