Summary
A Page List document in a WebCenter project fails to finish with approval status Approved. All individual pages are approved, but the overall approval status remains Pending and no notification is sent.
This problem may occur when all individual pages are approved and the Project Status is set to Complete too quickly.
Symptoms
The document approval status shows Pending although all individual pages in the Page List document have been approved.
Solution
To resolve this issue, change the Project Status to Active again to activate the approval cycle.
