Summary

Wait for Action (Checkpoint): Releasing a ToDo item might not show the options as defined by the task but just the default Accept or Reject.

Symptoms

When releasing a ToDo item, the available options may sometimes be reset to the default Accept or Reject instead of what is expected as defined by the corresponding Wait for Action (Checkpoint) task. Furthermore, the workflow stops with an error after selecting either of both.
