How can I export a Normalized PDF with external links to avoid errors, such as the examples given below?
FlexRip errors out with:
"ERROR: Not all data of previous CT sent over by producer, missing 'x' rows".
where 'x' is a negative number.
Example: "ERROR: Not all data of previous CT sent over by producer, missing -171 rows".
Answer
- You can make images external in ArtPro via the PDF Export menu.
- Go to File > Export > PDF and choose Normalized PDF in Flavour drop-down menu and uncheck the Embed images checkbox. The issue described in KB83182858 has been solved in FlexRip 14 and later.
