Description

When trying to install FlexRip after activating the licenses, the installer performs the system readiness and fails installation with the following error message:

"Do not have enough licenses".

Symptoms

The issue can occur if the host name has been changed after activating the license or in case of Network License setup check if all the license are utilized.

Solution

The issue can occur if the host name has been changed after activating the license or in case of Network License setup check if all the license are utilized.

To resolve: Change the Host name in License Type Configuration via Start > Programs > Esko > FlexRip > License Type Configuration.
