KB83183602: ColorTone - Error: "ColorTone.exe has stopped working"

Summary

When launching ColorTone 7, a message pops up saying "ColorTone.exe has stopped working".

Symptoms

"ColorTone.exe has stopped working" pop-up message appears when launching ColorTone 7. Removing the ColorTone.cfg file does not correct the issue. Reinstalling ColorTone does not solve the issue.

Solution

Uninstall bg_data_fonts and install Fonts again.

Another cause could be the antivirus, try to disable the scan on the Esko folder.
