Why isn't the rotation option active in the Proof (FlexProof/E or Pack Proof) ticket?

The rotation option in the proof (FlexProof/E or Pack Proof) ticket is based on the Proof Client workflow option under Layout Options: Rotate. If this option is set to Minimal media consumption, the rotate option will not be active in the proof ticket. Minimal media consumption is essentially an auto-rotate function, so the software will determine the best rotation of the file to fit on the page. Change to one of the other rotation options to allow rotation to be set manually in the proof ticket.
