Summary

Proofs will not process when you send to FlexProofE.

Symptoms

Ticket log says "Printer linearization cannot be processed".

Proof client shows "No Profiles Available!" in red under the Linearization field.

Solution

A repair of the Proof Server must be done using the original installer and run the Repair option when prompted. Don't forget to reinstall any hotfixes after this repair has been done.
