Replace/Restore WebCenter Database: What do WebCenter/CAD-X and ArtiosCAD Enterprise users then need to do?


There may be instances when a WebCenter database that has been used for a certain period of time has to be replaced, whether it be done by detach/attach or database backup/restore.

There may be many symptoms, including but not limited to the following:

  • Failure to upload CF2 and other formats to WebCenter
  • Failure to find attributes
  • Errors when getting documents
