Summary

This KB article describes what you can do when you get "Could not restore profile because curveset "curvesetname.prsync" is missing from the database" message when trying to open an Equinox profile.

Symptoms

The following message appears when opening a press profile (Equinox) in any Color Pilot version older than 18.1, in case the profile was synchronized with a Print Control Wizard curveset.

Could not restore Equionx profile measurement data. Reason given was: "Could not restore profile because curveset curvesetname.prsync is missing from the database.

Solution

Use Color Pilot 18.1.

Workaround

There is no workaround.
