Summary

When exporting an ArtPro file to Gravure Tiff or Gravure JobTicket, the task generates the following error : "INFO: ArtPro Rip: Can't read cache file".

Symptoms

 The following error appears when exporting an ArtPro file to Gravure Tiff or Gravure JobTicket: "INFO: ArtPro Rip: Can't read cache file".

Solution

This is not a bug. This message is generated if the temp disk gets full. By default, this folder is located in x:\Esko\bg_data_fastserver_v100\tmp. If needed this folder location can be changed. Please verify the Automation Engine manual on how to redirect the temporary files folder. 

These temporary files generated for exporting to Gravure TIFF can be very huge, 100 GB or more is not an exception.
