With every major product release, Esko sends out an email notification to its customers to announce the availability of new software or hardware. This email typically includes a list of new features, links to additional resources, and instructions on how to upgrade or migrate to the new version.
We send mails like this 3-5 times per year.
This article describes how to subscribe to these notifications by creating an Esko ID and making sure your email preferences include Support notifications.
To subscribe to the product release notifications:
Go to esko.com and click My Account in the Sign In menu in the top right of the page.
Sign In with your Esko ID if were not signed in already. Don't have an Esko ID yet? Click here to get one in just a few minutes.
At the top of the My Account page, click Manage Your Profile (just below your name and Esko ID).
At the bottom of the Esko ID Profile page, in the Preferences section, make sure that the option "Service and Support Communication" is enabled. If not, enable it and click Save Profile.
