KB303074552: WebCenter - After upgrading to WebCenter 20 the graphics information like screening/fonts/pages is not correct

Summary

After migrating or upgrading to WebCenter not all information is available in the graphics information of the document. Whereas earlier, we could see fonts, number of pages and screening information. We get different or no information when comparing an older to a newer version.

Symptoms

When looking at the graphics information of a new version uploaded in WebCenter 20, not all of the graphics information like screening, fonts or number of pages is incorrect or different compared to previous versions of the same document uploaded in an older version of WebCenter.

Solution

Read the following KB and change the value to "WebCenter" to get back to the old behaviour.
