KB227150822: WebCenter - Configured Landing Page results the users to see the default Project Documents view of a project

Description

The configured Landing Pages to a role takes the users to default Project Documents view of a Project instead of Landing pages.

Solution

The Landing Pages depend on the Project menus. If these project menus: Documents, Approval, Tasks and Attributes are removed from custom menu, those landing pages will not work. Therefore, it is suggested to check if the Project Menus mentioned above are available in the custom menu.
