KB324171069: PackEdge/Plato - How to change the default "Launch workflow" settings

Summary

When the Automation Engine server version 21.03 has a license for the browser based client, then PackEdge/Plato 20.0 uses also the new browser interface by default.

Symptoms

• The "launch workflow" button will bring you to the web browser of my workspaces.
• There doesn't seem to be a way to still use the old way of launching a workflow.

Solution

In PackEdge/Plato version 21.11 there will be a preference option to select to use the browser based shuttle or the old shuttle interface. 

Workaround

To switch back to the old shuttle interface, edit the lwbrixusr.cfg on the user's home folder:

add the line

shuttleplus= 0

under the topic [preferences.server]
