PackEdge 20 and ArtPro+ 20 can't make a connection to the Automation Engine 20 Server

Symptoms

When trying to connect to an Automation Engine server that has a public IP address from ArtPro+ 20.0 or PackEdge 20.0, the application will state that it does not know an Automation Engine by that name, while the Automation Engine Pilot can connect to it.
