KB333646799: Automation Engine - Import objects at MFG level in CAD based S&R

Description

In Plato, when importing a MFG file, the option 'ignore objects at layout level' allows to control whether text & dimension lines at layout level should be imported. 
This option is not available in the CAD based s&r tickets ('Template based S&R' and 'Create Sheet Layout') and these tasks use the default behavior of skipping these layout objects.

Procedure

As of Automation Engine 21.11 this is how to force import of these MFG objects:

1. Create a CAD style file in Plato and ensure it's name contains 'LAYOUT_INCLUDE' (case insensitive) - for instance 'MyTest Layout_Include'

2. Select this style file in the CAD based S&R tickets
