KB168627831: WebCenter - Role name using ampersand (&) is truncated in version 14.0.x

Summary

Roles with names containing an ampersand (&) are truncated on the Manage Roles page. No text is displayed after the ampersand.

This issue is resolved in WebCenter 14.1.

Symptoms

• The problem appears since upgrading WebCenter to version 14.0.x from 12.x.
• On the Manage Roles page, the entire Role name is not displayed. For example, if the Role name was R&I before, only R is displayed now.

This issue is resolved in WebCenter 14.1. This version is scheduled for customer release around July 2015.

Workaround

Rename the Role by replacing the '&' with '_' to see the full name.
