The following are the minimum system requirements for ArtPro+ 23.03. Exceeding these requirements will in most cases lead to a performance increase. Running ArtPro+ on a system that does not meet these requirements is not supported.
In some cases where an operating system has an active virus scanner or security management system active, installation of software may cause issues.
In that case, stop the virus scanner or de-activate the security management system during the installation, and start it again afterwards.
Minimum requirements for ArtPro+ 23.03 (Mac)

| RAM | Minimum 4 GB RAM (recommended: 8 GB RAM). |
Available hard drive space | The software takes about 1 GB of disk space. Also take into account the need for storage of temporary and production data. A backup solution is strongly advised. |
| Graphics card and video drivers | A recent Mac® using NVIDIA, AMD, Intel® HD and Intel Iris Pro graphics chips and supporting OpenGL 2.1 (or newer). A minimum of 512 MB of video memory is required. |
| Minimum screen resolution | Minimum 1280 x 1024 resolution, true color depth. ArtPro+ is not yet fully optimized for viewing on a high-DPI monitor (i.e. the software is fully functional, yet not optimally making use of the high pixel density for displaying documents). |
| Internet connection | 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet, TCP/IP v4 protocol. TCP/IP v6 protocol is not supported. |
