Why is the option Allow Viewing and Annotating in WebCenter disabled in the Publish on Web ticket > Publish tab?
Answer
The Allow Viewing and Annotating in WebCenter option is disabled if the option WebCenter and Automation Engine are in the same LAN is unchecked in Pilot > Tools > Configure > WebCenter sites > Choose your WebCenter node > Deliver.
Once this option is checked, the Allow Viewing and Annotating in WebCenter option will be available.
The option Allow Viewing and Annotating in WebCenter will be disabled if WebCenter and Automation Engine are not on the same LAN to avoid transferring potentially large View files over the internet.
