KB73058634: FlexProof - "The linearization of the print cannot be executed" error appears in the Proof Client

Summary

The printer linearization cannot be executed by the Proof Server.

The following error message appears in the Proof client: "The linearization of the print can't be executed".

The error is due to a corrupt linearization file (EPL).

To solve this problem, do the following:

Run the Esko profiles installer available in the Packages\proofsrv_v1xx\Esko Profiles folder of the prerequisites DVD. The xx denotes the version, for example: proofsrv_v120 for Suite 12.
Choose Repair.

This restores the linearization files.

A new linearization must be created in case of a custom linearization.
