Summary

The Preflight with PitStop task fails with these messages in the task log:

Error 2450: General Exception

ERROR: PitStopTask.Message.Failure

Symptoms

All the files will fail as long as the Color Management checkbox is enabled and a specific color profile is used from the Lab drop down list.

Solution

The selected color profile is not a Lab profile. So it should not be selected in the Lab drop down list. You need to select an appropriate Lab color profile.
