KB75765468: ArtPro - Error #0 while handling a file

Summary

In ArtPro 12.1, after making changes to an existing file and then try to save it, you get this following error: "Error #0 while handling a file".

Symptoms

After upgrading to Automation Engine 12.1 and ArtPro 12.1, when you try to open an existing file from the file server in ArtPro 12.1, make changes to it and try to re-save the file with the same name, invoking the following error message: "Error #0 while handling a file".

Solution

1. On the file server, set the Modify permission to Allow for the Users group.
2. You'll now be able to save the file using its original name.
