Summary

ArtPro crashes with the error: "One unsaved file has been recovered after the application unexpectedly quit. Be sure to resave this recovered file in its correct location again".

Symptoms

• ArtPro crashed when working on a file and after that, ArtPro keeps crashing on startup, with the following error: "One unsaved file has been recovered after the application unexpectedly quit. Be sure to resave this recovered file in its correct location again".
• Rebooting the workstation, reinstalling ArtPro, removal of ArtPro Preferences doesn't help.

Solution

1. Remove the ArtPro recovery files from the Recoverable or the Recovering folder. The location of the recovery files is system dependent. But the files are in a folder where the path ends with: /Application Support/ArtPro/Recoverable. For e.g.: /Users/admin/Library/Application Support/ArtPro/Recoverable.
2. Restart ArtPro.
