Summary
When importing a 3D spatial (such as IGES or STEP), the following error appears: "Unable to connect to 3D libraries."
Solution
Find the installation media for ArtiosCAD:
- Click Modify.
- In the Features Selection window make sure that ArtiosCAD 3D Data Exchange is set to This feature will be install on this local hard drive.
- Click Next through out the rest of the selections and let the installer run.
