My system crashed or I reimaged a workstation and now when I activate the keyless license it says there are no licenses available. How do I reset my license?

Answer

If you are reimaging a workstation, make sure to deactivate the licenses before formatting the system. Otherwise you need to contact the Customer Support and get the licenses reset. Be sure to have either the old license file available or the system name.

If your system crashed and you're unable to recover, contact Customer Support to get the license reset. Be sure to have either the old license file available or the system name.
