Summary

When trying to launch the program, the following warning message appears: "User CAP does not exist". This is usually caused by a corrupted admin file.

Solution

  1. Log on as Network Administrator via the Start > Programs menu. Password is CAPE (all in caps).
  2. Click the Add/Edit list of Users button.
  3. If the user CAP is not in the list, add it.
  4. If that user is in the list, edit the user. Tab through the fields, but change nothing.
  5. Click OK and then exit out of network administrator.

This should reset the user in the admin file.
