When opening a browser window to connect to the Automation Engine Server to download the Client Applications, the following message appears:
Opening the Web Browser and typing the following address: http://servername:9999 gives the following message in the browser window:
Unable to connect.
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at servername:9999
Check the Services in Computer Management:
Verify if the EG Web Server is running. If not running, start the service.
If the EG Web Server service is not in the list of services in the Computer Management window, install the service by browsing to: C:\Esko\bg_prog_fastserver_v122\com_win\do_websrv_install.bat
