Question
Unable to see items outside of the trim box when viewed in Adobe® Acrobat®, but they are visible when you open the file in Adobe® Illustrator®?
Answer
Adobe® Acrobat® uses the crop box for viewing. To see all items in the media box, use the Optimize PDF Document ticket to edit the crop box to be equal to a larger box than the current crop box such as the media box. This ticket is part of the Processor Module in Automation Engine.
