Symptoms

Parser Error: "The requested ink <Inkname> was not found in the XMP data of the job. To avoid incorrect output, we error out in this case.  <Inkname> can be any ink name".

Solution

Open the ArtPro file and check to make sure the ink exists in an ink book.

Open the ArtPro file back in ArtPro and make sure it matches the name of that color (for example: is PANTONE 4975 C) and then save it. This will then correct the problem because it links up using the correct color name.
