KB92182759: ArtiosCAD - "Unable to find the plotting style" error appears when trying to run an output

When trying to run an output, ArtiosCAD shows the following error message: "Unable to find the plotting style <plotting style name>".

Solution

This is because the plotting style is missing from the styles catalog in Options > Defaults.

Find the required plotting style:

1. First check in the example defaults.
2. To get to the example defaults, click on the radio button opposite from what you're trying to add the plotting style to.
3. Click File > Open > Example defaults.
   
4. Open the plotting style catalog and search for the required plotting style. Drag the plotting style over to the shared or user defaults.
   

Now the output should not give you plotting style errors when running it.
